Electro-acupuncture
A micro-current is placed on the acupuncture needle in order to enhance the acupuncture treatment. This is commonly used in areas of pain but is also utilized in acupuncture as a whole depending on the individual.

Herbal Prescriptions
I attempt to factor in any treatment with prescription medications so that a patient may receive herbs to augment and enhance the benefit they are receiving from acupuncture treatments.

Nutritional Counseling
My nutritional recommendations are based Chinese Medical theory. These recommendations are based on individuals, as well as individual diagnosis and the seasons.

Cupping
Cupping therapy involves glass cups that create a suction to the skin created by heat. With this treatment blood is drawn to the surface and circulation is enhanced.

Gua Sha
Gua Sha is a vigorous scraping of the skin overlying regions of muscle tension, using a firm, smooth instrument such as a porcelain soup spoon.
